Patience, Courtesy, and Assistance...
These three words summarize the manner in which I treat my Tech Senior clients. My goal to is to coach senior citizens interested in learning about which new technology will benefit them. I also recognize that some clients have other priorities other than to learn new technology, in which case I just provide services for what they need, whenever they need it.
